Describe the problem, the app version, and your device or browser. Redact account numbers and unrelated financial information from screenshots. Never send passwords, verification codes, bank credentials, or full card numbers.
Subscriptions
Manage an Apple purchase in your Apple Account subscriptions settings, or a Google Play purchase in Google Play. Account closure does not itself cancel store billing. The purchase screen and store receipt contain your applicable price and renewal terms.
